Originally from Biot, I'm back in my village to tantalise your taste buds after intensive training at the Alain Ducasse school and a number of experiences, including at the Elysée Palace and other establishments.
An ethical patisserie in tune with the times, I do my utmost to offer you fresh, home-made products.
Come and discover my delicacies in my shop, and enjoy a range of individual pastries that change from Friday to Sunday, or warm brioche on Sundays for your brunches and breakfasts.

Every day throughout the year between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm.
Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Wednesday & Thursday: 2.30pm - 6.30pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am - 1pm / 2.30pm - 6.30pm
Sunday: 8am - 1pm.
