The three trails are all waymarked, ranging from 4 to 11 km. Some are circles, but others are in and out trails. You can also return to the starting point using public transportation.

Between the towns of Biot and Valbonne, the Brague River departmental park extends over more than 480 hectares. Just 6 km from the Mediterranean, it sits at an altitude varying from 40 to 245 m above sea level.
