The three trails are all waymarked, ranging from 4 to 11 km. Some are circles, but others are in and out trails. You can also return to the starting point using public transportation.
Hiking is the perfect way to combine physical activity with a love of nature and contemplation. Biot’s hiking trails are accessible to everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Discovery the Mediterranean’s best hidden secrets and see historical vestiges along the paths, including old mills, tracks from coal grindstones, the Pierres à Four tuff quarries or traces left by the Romans.

BRAGUE RIVER PARK
Between the towns of Biot and Valbonne, the Brague River departmental park extends over more than 480 hectares. Just 6 km from the Mediterranean, it sits at an altitude varying from 40 to 245 m above sea level.
There’s nothing quite like a walk along the water to reflect or to share a moment with loved ones. On a hike on your own, immerse yourself in the river and its fabulous waterfalls while communicating with nature and its mysteries. As a group or as a family, admire the beautiful green landscapes and let the sounds of the wind, water and wildlife surround you.
