More than 30 years dedicated to the love of Art, the eclecticism of artistic expression through glass, the preeminence of the artist, the man and the virtuoso craftsman on any theory of art. A love constantly renewed through permanent exhibitions, highlights and, of course, the Verriales.
THE VERRIALES
The Verriales: an event in its own right, born in 1989, a must-attend event, even for aesthetes who think they have seen everything. Each year, the first Friday of July, they bring together more than 30 artists around an ever renewed theme. This is an opportunity to discover exclusive creations, works made especially for this event where excellence meets quality, diversity and creativity.
The Verriales are neither a collective exhibition, nor the juxtaposition of one-man-shows, but rather monographs where young talents rub shoulders with big names, and where the healthy emulation between artists pushes them to sublimate themselves to offer 'the piece' to attentive collectors.
By the artists' own admission, answering the imposed theme is often a torture, but also a way to go beyond one's vision, to enrich one's artistic vocabulary and push the creation to its limits, to succeed to sublime and all different works.
The Gallery is also part of an educational approach so that visitors, once sensitized to manufacturing techniques, feel that the essence of art is elsewhere, in the idea, the concept, the artist itself, because, as Ernst Gombrich put it so well - 'There really is no such thing as Art. There are only artists.'
