La Cambuse de Galup
Vincent and Charlotte have opened their catering restaurant, serving cuisine from the hinterland of Nice using fresh produce. Their credo is to work with local producers (a market gardener from the Siagne valley, for example). Here, the choice of produce is of the utmost importance. The menu (eat in or take away) includes focaccia, a plate of arancini, Carnaroli rice, quiche of the day and fresh chard pie. The desserts are homemade too: tiramisu, tart of the day, sweet cake... Lunchtime menu and non-stop service from 12pm to 7pm.
