A few tips for a perfect holiday! Discover the route and hours for the summer shuttle from the Biot train station to the village.
Leaving the village of Biot daily during the summer holidays (from 12 july to august 15 2021).
Departures every 20 minutes
First shuttle at 10:30 a.m.
Last shuttle at 9:10 p.m.
Please note! No shuttle at 1:10 p.m., 4:10 p.m. or 7:50 p.m.
Starting on 12 July 2018, the shuttle runs until 11:50 p.m. on Thursdays for the Nocturnes d’Art de Biot. Last departure at 11:30 p.m.
Getting around by bike
With the health crisis linked to COVID-19, there has been a real boom in cycling. Various schemes are available, including Coup de pouce Vélo, which complement those of the City of Biot.
Coup de pouce vélo
In the run-up to the end of the lockdown, the Government has taken measures to encourage French people to use their bikes.
The Coup de Pouce Vélo has 3 components:
– REPAIR
Offers to pay up to €50 for the repair of a bicycle within the network of affiliated repairers listed on this platform
– BACK IN THE SADDLE
Offers to cover the cost of a one-hour session of guidance in the use of a bicycle (getting used to it, getting around town, adapted itinerary, etc.) within the network of bicycle schools referenced on this platform
– TEMPORARY PARKING
Offers to cover 60% of the costs of installing temporary bicycle parking spaces for local authorities, multimodal transport hubs, educational establishments, social landlords and student residences

Aid for the purchase of an electrically assisted bicycle
The Communauté d’Agglomération Sophia Antipolis is offering assistance to individuals who have acquired a bicycle since September 2020, or who wish to repair their bicycle. More information: application for an electric bike grant
