With its visitors, the Tourist Office commits to:

- Offer him a warm welcome on Tuesdays "Welcome to Biot".

- Take charge of his arrival with a look, a message of welcome and wherever possible, go to meet him to help him in his search for information, so that he feels that we take care good of him.

- give him personalized advice adapted to his expectations.

- Measure your satisfaction by proposing to fill out the satisfaction questionnaire on the tablet, and if necessary, grievance cards, which will be processed and analyzed.
