La Brague Park

The departmental park of La Brague covers 480 hectares in the towns of Biot and Valbonne. It is located 6km from the Mediterranean and its altitude varies from 40 to 245m.

The park forms a kind of crescent centered on the Brague River and its tributary Bruguet.

Numerous historical remains are present, such as old mills, traces of coal millstones, quarry stonework quarries or signs of Roman presence.

The park has a great diversity of Mediterranean landscapes (pine forests, scrubland, oak, cistus, myrth).
